Titanium parts are produced by additive technology from Ti6Al4V titanium alloying.Layer Thickness - 20 or 30 microns. For well-designed parts, tolerances of ±0.076mm plus ±0.0254mm/mm can typically be achieved. Maximum part size 245mm x 245mm x 330mm. Printed parts receive vacuum stress relief application. Printing requires a model in .stl format.
Finally, the parts are brought to the final state by our highly skilled jewelers and polishers. Supplied ready for setting and assembly.The price will be calculated after we receive the models (.stl files).
