RED SPINEL NECKLACE
For a vivid red spinel 7.73cts from the Mahenge Mountains Fields (Tanzania) was created a rose flowers necklace decorated with Rubies, Tsavorite Garnets and Diamonds. The thread of necklace is formed by Black South Sea Pearls with deep purple highlights.

As inspiration and a variety of techniques for creating a necklace decor, JART designers studied the principle of creating lace, forming a mesh substrate and placing a flower arrangement on it.

The full design cycle included work with sketches and the formation of three-dimensional forms from plasticine. Models of flowers served as prototypes for creating 3D models of jewelry.

The bas-relief technique served as the main technique for the formation of flower shapes.
