You can collect your items from our Bangkok office, but in this case we will have to add 7% VAT to your invoice. This can be avoided if, upon departure from Bangkok, you complete the easy formalities with our support and present the products at customs.

If it is necessary to return jewelry for upgrading, resizing or repair, please contact our logistics manager in advance. It will be necessary to comply with some formalities in order to avoid paying taxes and customs duties.
