Each new version of the product design significantly increases the time of modeling. The main reasons for generating redundant versions are:
- Changing the concept during design
- Excessive concentration on insignificant design elements
- Slow or inadequate response to proposed design revisions
Targeting such parts & materials in a concept can lead to unpredictable supply time.
Focusing on unreliable or rarely used technologies in a concept always leads to risks in terms of delivery.
The desire to buy materials at prices significantly below the existing market level makes it impossible to complete the project in the foreseeable future.
In the pre-Christmas period, the number of orders increases significantly. As a result, almost all parts of the process become critical and the delivery time increases. It is highly desirable to place Christmas orders in advance.
